Do you install video doorbells?
Yes — Penny Electric installs video doorbells, including the transformer and wiring many models need to power reliably.
Why won't my smart switch work?
Many smart switches require a neutral wire, which older homes may not have at the switch box. We can add the necessary wiring so smart switches work as intended.
Do smart thermostats need special wiring?
Many smart thermostats require a C-wire (common wire) for constant power. If yours isn't present, we can run one as part of the installation.
Do you set up the apps and network too?
Our focus is the electrical side — wiring, transformers, switches, and power. We get the hardware installed and powered correctly; app and network setup is typically handled through the device's own app.
